About the role

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers to assist with daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on providing friendly, personalized service and prompt delivery in a clean, inviting environment. Drivers work closely with Restaurant Managers and team members to maintain operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean driving record and operate vehicle safely in accordance with local, state, and federal laws
• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas, including the delivery vehicle
• Perform duties at multiple workstations
• Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies
• Complete delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner
• Operate cash register or point-of-sale devices as needed
• Use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
• Learn team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law (including an updated copy of insurance policy with your name applied)
• Flexible work availability
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Previous customer service work experience helpful
