Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. We aim to ensure every customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team.

About the Role

The Delivery Driver is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support while working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. Tips are paid daily for drivers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean driving record and prioritize safety for yourself and customers by adhering to local, state, and federal laws.
• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas, including your vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and complete delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner.
• Ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts while following uniform and grooming standards.
• Operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices and use suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales.
• Develop team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable with good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law (e.g., updated insurance policy with your name).
• Flexible work availability.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused; previous customer service experience is helpful.
