About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Veterinarian to join our dynamic team at Heart of Chelsea – Lower East Side. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care with a concierge-level experience tailored to NYC pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for small animals including internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, and preventative care.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with veterinary medicine.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited school.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in New York State.
• Experience in small animal medicine preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

Schedule

Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday is closed.
