About the role
Shiba Trucking is seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to transport goods across the 48 states of America.
Responsibilities
- Transport freight across the lower 48 states while following company schedules and route plans
- Operate trucks assigned during orientation with professionalism and safety
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness
- Adhere to all DOT, federal, and state regulations, including hours-of-service and safety rules
- Maintain accurate logs, including mileage and delivery records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and company representative
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- OTR experience preferred
- Strong focus on safety, time management, and regulatory compliance
Pay
Pay rate: $0.63 per mile (solo)
Schedule
Employment is available under the Independent Contractor model.
