Drive Up & Go Manager (Home Shopping)

Key Responsibilities

• Recognize, greet, and engage guests upon entry.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting e-commerce team members.
• Training, scheduling, and performance management of e-commerce team members.
• Achieving e-commerce productivity goals while maintaining guest service.
• Maintaining product quality and adjusting ordering as needed.
• Managing workload and addressing stock issues.
• Ensuring team safety and assisting with safety-related tasks.
• Assigning trainers as necessary.
• Greeting and speaking politely with every guest.

Key Requirements

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of grocery retail experience.
• Certified Food Safety Manager certification.
• Minimum 40 hours per week, including multiple shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Team player and ability to get along with others.
• Acceptable for supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude.
