Drive Thru Crew

About the role

Join Franklin Water Treatment, a division of Franklin Electric, as a Part-Time Drive-Thru Crew member. In this role, you will operate the Franklin Water Treatment Drive-Thru, handling the sale of bottled water ($3.50 / 5.00 gallons) and water treatment salt, and loading/unloading water and salt in a prompt and safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate the drive-thru window for sales of bottled water and water treatment salt
• Load and unload water and salt safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Multitask, stay organized, and work with minimal supervision
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions
• Safely operate a forklift, where applicable

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Punctuality and dependability with great attendance
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 40 lbs., stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Physical Demands

This role requires regular use of hands and arms, frequent movement between sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching. You will frequently lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
