Join Via as a Driver Partner and earn up to $24.50/hr while helping your community get around efficiently. Driver Partners provide shared rides using an efficient routing system and receive 24/7 live support from real people.

Responsibilities

• Provide shared rides using Via's efficient routing system
• Choose when to drive and set your own schedule (no minimum commitments)
• Operate as an independent contractor, self‑employed
• Maintain compliance with vehicle leasing partner requirements (if leasing a vehicle)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Age 25 or older
• More than 1 year of driving history
• Personal auto insurance policy
• Lease and drive a vehicle from a vehicle leasing partner
• Pass a background check (criminal and motor vehicle record)
• Complete a DOT pre‑engagement drug test and submit to ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing as required under FTA rules
