We’re seeking a Drinking Water Project Manager to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Someone who can use their vast experience in the water industry and apply it to today’s challenges.
About the Role
We’ll rely on you to support business development efforts and help in the pursuit of new projects, as well as work directly with clients on the projects and tasks that you are leading, developing long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Use your vast experience in the water industry to solve today’s complex water challenges.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful design of water treatment facilities.
- Lead clients to the correct treatment approach by utilizing desktop calculations, bench analysis, pilot plant operation, and full-scale operational troubleshooting.
- Support business development efforts and help in the pursuit of new projects.
- Work directly with clients on the projects and tasks that you are leading, developing long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering
- Extensive years of experience in relevant water treatment and process engineering, including water, wastewater, and reuse systems
- Planning and design experience in water distribution system, including pipelines, pumps stations and storage tanks
- Demonstrated understanding of drinking water supply, master planning, and treatment processes and technologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
- Professional Engineer, (P.E.) license
- Over 20 years of experience

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $175,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Our hybrid working policy allows employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations enabling them to deliver their best work.
