Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling operations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Manage and coordinate activities of the drilling crew
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Resolve issues and conflicts within the crew

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a drilling operator or similar role
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
