Drilled Shafts Superintendent
About the role
Conti LLC's Road & Infrastructure Division is seeking an experienced Drilled Shafts Superintendent to lead drilled shaft and miscellaneous foundation operations on transportation infrastructure projects throughout Florida. This position requires a strong background in FDOT projects, deep foundation construction, and field leadership. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, maintain production and quality standards, coordinate project resources, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with FDOT specifications and project requirements. This role requires travel to various project locations throughout Florida.

Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Lead and promote a strong safety culture on all project sites. Ensure the overall jobsite is safe for employees, subcontractors, and visitors. Enforce company safety policies, site-specific safety plans, and established project rules. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and project safety regulations.
