About the role

Full-time, benefit-eligible Manufacturing Machine Operator position with dedicated training staff. Guaranteed pay increases during the training phase based on progress, ongoing training opportunities, and potential for career advancement.

Schedule

Swing shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Read job orders and set up machine parameters
• Inspect products to ensure quality assurance
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Weigh and measure parts
• Load stock
• Clean shop and work areas
• Assist as needed in the department

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (HiSet)
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds routinely
• Ability to perform repetitive work while sitting and standing
