Dredge Site Foreman

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a dialogue between customer and Super Intendents
• Create and manage daily reports and equipment logs
• Plan, coordinate, and review schedules, surveys, and project milestones
• Maintain inventory levels of products or materials on-site
• Work with employees on-site through coordination and delegation

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Willingness to travel 75%
• Previous management experience in the dredging field preferred
• Construction experience of at least 1 year required
• Driver's License required

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with equipment such as dredges, excavators, barges, workboats, skid loaders, and forklifts
• Skills in organization, monitoring, management of personnel resources, judgment and decision making, adaptability/flexibility, initiative, independence, attention to detail, and hands-on work
