DRB Production Floor Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand, delivery deadlines, and established specifications.
• Monitor production progress against volume, cost, and wastage targets while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or material shortages and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and knowledge for production employees.
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, and Sales teams as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor and capital resources.
• Track work orders, inventory levels, and material availability to support uninterrupted production.
• Plan and prioritize production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions and optimize resource utilization.
• Absorb any other task or function deemed necessary to support the business by your supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production coordination, planning, scheduling, or production management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze schedules, production data, and inventory information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
