Responsibilities
- Set up and operate various types of belt draw towers under close supervision; simultaneously operate multiple draw towers.
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections to ensure product conforms to process specifications; refer questionable product to more experienced operators.
- Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance and inspection.
- Maintain housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program.
- Meet utilization targets and standard times.
- Accurately enter Database/SAP transactions in the computer.
- Maintain daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
- Observe and follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety rules and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.
Pay
Hourly Pay Ranges:
- Level C: $20.00–$22.50
- Level B: $23.00–$25.50
- Level A: $26.00–$28.50
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
