Qualifications
- Hold a New Jersey instructional Drama certificate.
- Experience working with high school students.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity and good moral character.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with staff, families, administrators, and community members.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, and community.
- Ability to perform throughout the community, in state, or out of state.
- Ability to demonstrate proper drama techniques for students.
- Understanding of spathian protocols.
- Mandatory three days after school that are selected by the teacher.
- To prepare students with skills that are outlined in the curriculum for community, after-school rehearsals, technical training, portfolio development for college admissions, and evening performances.
- To coach students for performances and after-school rehearsals.
- To facilitate extensive performances in school and throughout the community.
- To facilitate 3 days of mandatory after school rehearsals to prepare students for performances, technical training, and portfolio development for college admissions.
- To facilitate daily additional rehearsals after-school Monday-Saturdays to enhance skills for performances.
