Qualifications

• Hold a New Jersey instructional Drama certificate.
• Experience working with high school students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity and good moral character.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with staff, families, administrators, and community members.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, and community.
• Ability to perform throughout the community, in state, or out of state.
• Ability to demonstrate proper drama techniques for students.
• Understanding of spathian protocols.
• Mandatory three days after school that are selected by the teacher.
• To prepare students with skills that are outlined in the curriculum for community, after-school rehearsals, technical training, portfolio development for college admissions, and evening performances.
• To coach students for performances and after-school rehearsals.
• To facilitate extensive performances in school and throughout the community.
• To facilitate 3 days of mandatory after school rehearsals to prepare students for performances, technical training, and portfolio development for college admissions.
• To facilitate daily additional rehearsals after-school Monday-Saturdays to enhance skills for performances.
