Key Responsibilities
- Represent Drake's at community events, festivals, fundraisers, networking events, school functions, and other local gatherings.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders.
- Identify opportunities for Drake's to increase its visibility and involvement within the community.
- Serve as a positive, enthusiastic, and professional ambassador for the Drake's brand at all times.
- Set up and break down promotional booths, tents, tables, signage, and displays at community events.
- Engage event attendees by sharing information about Drake's menu, promotions, special events, and catering opportunities.
- Distribute branded marketing materials, promotional items, coupons, gift cards, and giveaways.
- Create an engaging and welcoming experience that encourages guests to visit Drake's.
- Assemble outreach packages that may include food samples, marketing materials, gift cards, promotional items, and branded merchandise.
- Deliver outreach packages to local businesses, schools, offices, hotels, apartment communities, healthcare facilities, and community organizations.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and community partnerships.
- Capture photos and short videos during community events, outreach activities, and promotional appearances.
- Submit content for use on Drake's social media channels when requested.
- Share ideas for engaging community-focused content and local partnerships.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Drake's menu, promotions, events, catering services, and brand values.
- Communicate Drake's messaging consistently and professionally.
- Provide regular updates regarding outreach efforts, community engagement, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Represent Drake's culture of hospitality, energy, and exceptional guest service in every interaction.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, hospitality, customer service, event marketing, or community outreach preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and networking with new people.
- Highly organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Active involvement within the Franklin community is strongly preferred.
- Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Part-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as community events require.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and transport promotional materials and event equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions during community events.
