Do I Have What It Takes?
- A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle
- Service Titan experience preferred
- Strong listening, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented approach to work
What Will I Do?
- Perform assigned service calls or in-shop repairs with professionalism and expertise
- Accurately complete required warranty paperwork
- Promote additional products, services, and service agreements to clients
- Track time and inventory daily
- Handle plumbing-related tasks when necessary
- Maintain clear communication with team members
- Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies
- Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills
- Obtain necessary certifications (we’re happy to help you get there!)
