Drain Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Drain Specialist to join our team in Saint Paul, MN.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose drainage issues in residential properties
- Clear clogged drains using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning drain pipes
- Perform preventative maintenance on drainage systems
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
- Cookordinate with other maintenance staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drain cleaning and repair
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and drainage components
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
- Familiarity with maintenance software is a plus

Compensation
$25-35 per hour
