Drafting & Design (CAD) Intern

Overview

Kimley-Horn is seeking a CAD Drafter Intern for its Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This position is not available remotely.

Responsibilities

• Use basic computer drafting software to generate site plans and construction drawings
• Learn one or more software programs specific to their discipline
• Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn's practices, procedures, and standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates must be enrolled in a technical degree focused on CAD or another relevant degree
• Detail-oriented and possess a professional attitude
• Able to follow directions and work effectively in a team setting
• Basic working knowledge with CAD software
