Drafter
for each section, and - for lists,
for prose.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content.
We need to avoid duplication.
Let's craft sections:

That captures.

That seems comprehensive.
Now Requirements/Qualifications: We could have a single section "Qualifications" combining preferred qualifications and knowledge/skills.
But we also have Skills section maybe separate. The instruction: Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section "Qualifications and Skills". But they asked to use headings like Qualifications, Skills separately if content exists. We can decide to have both if they have distinct content.
Let's see: Preferred Qualifications: degree, experience, PDM/PLM, ERP, Lean/Six Sigma.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for Entry Level: attendance, drafting principles, skill in preparing/interpreting drawings, detail oriented, mechanical aptitude, initiative, communication, interpret technical info, maturity, cooperation, discretion, teamwork, dependability, SolidWorks 3D, MS Office proficiency, pass pre-employment physical/drug/background.
Physical demands: sit long periods, computer screen time.
We could split: Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (technical/soft skills). But there is overlap.
Given instruction to prefer few sections, maybe combine into one "Qualifications" that includes both education/experience and skills. But they also have a separate "Skills" heading in the list of allowed headings. We could still include both if they have distinct content.
Let's create:
