Essential Functions
- Liaison between sales and vendors.
- Order entry processing of jobs from portals and clients.
- Quote outsourced jobs.
- Work with third party vendors.
- Ensure correct information is completed on paperwork.
- Work with customers, both internal and external, to translate what they want to the DPS Operations Manager.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide great customer service via phone, email, and in-person to internal and external customers.
Physical Demands
- Light lifting – up to 25 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Full time position; Monday through Friday; 7am-4pm.
- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
- Local travel may be required to meet client needs.
