About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead all aspects of production at Midlands 103. Reporting directly to the Programme Controller, the successful candidate will manage creative teams, deliver high-quality audio content, and ensure commercial success while maintaining content quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in radio production and management
• Experience in leading creative teams
• Track record of delivering top-notch audio content
• Commercial acumen and ability to drive success
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or related field (Masters preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in radio production and management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
