We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes Job Summary, New Hire Orientation & Safety Training Requirement, Essential Responsibilities, Education And Experience, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Physical Requirements, WORKING CONDITIONS, then a paragraph about company and benefits. Also benefits listed. Need to include sections only if real content. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The EEO statement at end is boilerplate; remove. Also remove "A member of the S&P 500 Index..." maybe considered company description but could be kept as prose? It's not boilerplate but maybe considered "About the company". Could keep as a paragraph under maybe "About the company" but not required heading. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We can create sections: About the role (maybe from Job Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities), Requirements (Education And Experience + Knowledge, Skills And Abilities + Physical Requirements + WORKING CONDITIONS?), Benefits (list of benefits), Pay (not present), Schedule (not present). So we omit Pay and Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include details about New Hire Orientation & Safety Training Requirement maybe under About the role or a separate section like "Training Requirements". Could incorporate into About the role. We need to use

for section headings. So we will have:

    About the role

Job Summary: ... plus New Hire Orientation & Safety Training Requirement details.

    Responsibilities

    • ...

    Requirements

Maybe split into Education and Experience, Knowledge Skills Abilities, Physical Requirements, Working Conditions. Could combine into one Requirements section with sublists? But instruction: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have multiple
inside Requirements. We need to preserve all details: Education And Experience: High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience; Working knowledge of heavy construction equipment; 1 year of Heavy Equipment experience; previous loader operator experience preferred; Experience with a variety of hand tools. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, possible weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed. Must be able to read equipment operating manual; Must be able to complete pre-shift inspection report; Must be able to communicate over CB radio or with hand signals and warning sounds, with coworkers regarding movement of vehicles and mobile equipment; Possess basic mathematical aptitude to complete daily reports; Must be able to wear all required safety equipment; Must be able to perform duties in a safe manner; Must be able to read and interpret gauges; Must be service oriented with proven ability to work in a TEAM environment. Physical Requirements: Must have good hand/eye coordination and be able to operate hand/foot controls; Possess good vision to perceive depth at close range and distances up to 150 feet; Must be able to climb on and off equipment to operate and service; Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel in limited space in cab of vehicle; Must be able to sit and operate equipment for long periods up to 10+ hours per day; Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs; Must work outside in all weather conditions consistent with extreme ambient temperatures: heat, cold, wetness, dryness, dust, and noisy conditions; Must be able to work at various heights. WORKING CONDITIONS: Larger equipment is typically air conditioned. There will be times when outside assignments may require periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs. Benefits: list: Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Health Care Reimbursement Account, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, Wellness Programs, Employee Assistance Plan, Paid Holidays and Vacation, 401(k) with Company matching, Pension, Salary Continuation – Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability Options, Employee Life Insurance, Spouse & Dependent Life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, Direct Deposit Payroll, Educational/Tuition Assistance Plan, College Scholarship Program – for dependent children, Matching Gift Program, New Auto Purchase Discount Plans. Also mention "highly competitive benefits package". We'll list. We need to avoid duplication. Ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO statement. Also remove "A member of the S&P 500 Index..." maybe keep as prose about company? It's not required but could be considered "About the company". The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Could add a section "About the company" with that paragraph. But not required. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role? Might be considered extra but not harmful. However we should preserve all substantive information; that paragraph is substantive about company. So we should include it. Could add a section "About the company". Use

        About the company

        and

        ...

. But we must not create sections with filler. That paragraph is real content. Thus final HTML:
