About the role

We offer set schedules allowing you to plan your life outside of work, paid sick time, in-house education/training, app-scheduled appointments, and health insurance/401K benefits. Compensation is commission-based: you’ll earn commission on each service provided, on top of retail commission and tips. As your talents grow, your commission grows with you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliably high-quality technical services (cuts, color, styling)
• Maintain a fun, drama-free, ethical workplace for a diverse staff of talented artists and support staff
• Attend regular education classes to improve your technical skillset
• Meet retail goals with our line of superior products through behind-the-chair education
• Ensure every client walks away with the best possible haircut and experience
• Work with your team to keep the shop squeaky clean and aligned with brand standards
• Respect individuals’ diverse experiences and work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of behind-the-chair experience
• Valid Barber or Cosmetology license
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay

$21.30 - $76.00 per hour (commission-based)
