About the role
As a Downstream Bioprocess Modeler, you will develop the models that simulate purification and separation—chromatography, filtration, and the rest of the downstream train. You will be responsible for new model development from ideation through validation and have the opportunity to work on hard, high-impact problems at the intersection of science and modeling.
You will work with a team of innovative PhD modelers and practitioners as well as software engineers who will translate your models into easy-to-use software. Responsibilities
- Develop models for simulating downstream bioprocesses, including chromatography, filtration, and other purification/separation techniques.
- Drive new model development from ideation through validation.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of PhD modelers, practitioners, and software engineers to translate models into user-friendly software.
- Tackle high-impact problems at the intersection of science and modeling.
