Job Description

• Organize estate sales, meticulously pack and unpack, and assist with resettling families into their new spaces.
• Deliver excellent customer service, safely and efficiently helping clients downsize, relocate, and liquidate.
• Offer flexible, part-time work on an as-needed basis, with no required or guaranteed hours.

• Provide world-class customer service to our clients and team.
• Strong character and integrity with a professional attitude and demeanor.
• Prepare homes for liquidations, online auctions, and in-person estate sales.
• Photograph and write descriptions for items for online estate sale auctions.
• Professionally pack/unpack household goods.
• Sort/organize items for recycling, donation, disposal, and cleanout.
• Regular attendance on assigned shifts, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Work well on smart devices and apps for auction processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency.
• Ability to complete tasks and work in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lbs, working a dolly, hanging items above 4 feet, carrying items to/from vehicles, outbuildings, and in the home.
• Willingness to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments.
• MUST have reliable transportation.
• Age 18 years or older with a valid drivers license.
• Must undergo pre-employment background check.

Job

Part-time to Full-time

Starting Pay Rate

$16 an hour. Pay increases in the first 90 days based on performance and productivity.
