About the role

The Melting Pot is the nation's largest fondue restaurant franchise, offering a unique dining experience with private tables, attentive service, and a variety of signature fondue dinners. This casual dining restaurant is seeking energetic team members to join their vibrant and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various dishes according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and recommendations.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture that celebrates diversity and supports community involvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
