About the role
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Product Manager responsible for defining product vision and strategy, aligning priorities with business objectives, managing the product backlog, and tracking success metrics through data-driven decision-making. This role serves as a cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with engineering, quality, customer support, and executive teams to build consensus, set priorities, and manage expectations.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product strategy and vision
- Track success metrics and KPIs
- Create and manage the product value stream
- Provide cross-functional leadership with working knowledge across common aerospace functions (Engineering, Quality, Scheduling and Material Planning, Tooling, and Manufacturing Operations)
- Make data-driven decisions to guide product direction
- Manage program relationships with the AMF–S Operations Integrated Planning Team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; OR In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Experience with composite manufacturing in the aerospace industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually.
