About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is tailored to each participant and offers exposure to various departments within the company.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that allow you to understand the 'business of the business' and work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and installation management that enable you to work in high-performing teams ensuring every project is a 5-star experience for our customers.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program designed to prepare transitioning service members to install and manage installation crews.
Compensation and benefits
We aim to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after the program concludes and offer a sign-on bonus as appreciation for their efforts.
