DoW SkillBridge Program

About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience across multiple departments within the company, including:
- Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales, offering insights into the 'business of the business' and working alongside top leadership.
- Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management, allowing you to work in high-performing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to prepare you for installing and managing installation crews.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to bringing SkillBridge participants on full-time after the program concludes. As part of our commitment, we offer:
- A sign-on bonus to acknowledge your dedication and contributions during the program.
- Additional benefits such as a 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, health savings account, paid time off, additional PTO for VA appointments, a re-acclimation day for active Guard/Reservists, differential pay for those involuntarily activated on orders, flexible parental leave, and subsidized child care assistance.
