Power Home Remodeling is dedicated to supporting active and transitioning service members. About the role
We are currently seeking individuals who have completed the DoW SkillBridge program to join our organization. This program is designed to provide participants with exposure to multiple departments within the business, including Revenue, Operations, and the Craftsman Academy. Participants will be supported by a dedicated Pathways team and experienced leaders throughout their tenure.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer insight into the 'business of the business' while working alongside top leadership.
Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management roles that enable collaboration in high-performing teams to ensure exceptional experiences for our homeowners.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to prepare transitioning service members for installing and managing installation crews.
Compensation and benefits
In partnership with the DoW, we aim to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. Participants receive a sign-on bonus as a token of appreciation for their contributions during the 2-4 month program. Additional benefits include:
