About the role

Krispy Kreme’s Doughnut Distributors pack and stage doughnuts for our delivered fresh daily customers, ensuring they are fresh and meet our strict quality standards. This role makes the process of loading doughnut trucks more efficient so our delivery drivers can get back on the road.

Responsibilities

• Pack up and stage doughnuts in boxes and racks to be ready for delivery.
• Check that doughnuts being packed for delivery meet Krispy Kreme standards in freshness and quality, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment to uphold food safety and sanitation standards using sanitation equipment like brooms, mops, and cleaning products.
• Organize doughnuts for the drivers according to their route orders and keep track of deliveries to avoid errors.
• Ensure the loading area is clean and organized, checking for safety and quality issues, and escalating concerns to leaders.
• Train in other shop operations including assisting customers, keeping the shop clean, and decorating doughnuts.

Qualifications

• No previous experience necessary.
• Open availability and flexibility are a must – the ability to work any shift.
• Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
