About the role

Krispy Kreme’s Doughnut Distributors play a crucial part in ensuring that our doughnuts reach our customers fresh and in perfect condition. This role involves packing and staging doughnuts efficiently to support our delivery drivers.

Responsibilities

• Pack and stage doughnuts in boxes and racks for delivery.
• Ensure that all doughnuts meet Krispy Kreme’s quality standards in terms of freshness and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Organize doughnuts according to delivery routes and track deliveries to prevent errors.
• Train in additional shop operations such as assisting customers and decorating doughnuts.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary.
• Open availability and flexibility required.
• Able to work any shift.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Present self in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes and racks containing doughnuts.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory and tracking deliveries.
