About the role

Doug Smith KIA is one of the leading new car dealerships in the state and is relocating to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Lindon, UT. We are looking to hire a Facilities Assistant to join our team. Full and part-time shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Wash cars for delivery to customers
• Apply paint and fabric protection to vehicles as necessary
• Arrange retail and service vehicles on the lot so they are displayed neatly
• Maintain organization of the vehicles parked on the lot
• Clean the lobby as necessary
• Organize and refill refreshments and snacks in the lobby
• Clean/tidy up seating, tables, and trash in the showroom or outside on the lot
• Help maintain a tidy showroom environment throughout the day
• Ensure vehicles on showroom are clean and presentable
• Maintain inventory fuel levels
• Drive vehicles to and from vendors as needed
• Fuel vehicles as needed
• Apply stickers to cars when necessary

Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and hold a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs or more
