Practical Impact develops and delivers practical development programs that respond to rapid changes in the professional landscape. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver practical development programs focused on talent development, personal leadership, team dynamics, and collaboration.
• Facilitate double-loop learning by exploring participants' insights, motivations, and assumptions to drive lasting behavioral change.
• Create safe, engaging environments where participants can step out of their comfort zones and experiment with new behaviors.
• Design and implement a balanced mix of theoretical and practical activities, including indoor and outdoor exercises.
• Encourage active participation, experience-sharing, and co-creation of solutions among group members.
• Tailor programs to the specific needs and core values of client organizations, ensuring seamless integration with their dynamics.
• Support organizations in retaining engaged employees and attracting new talent through targeted development trajectories.
• Collaborate with partners like FamilieWerk to guide family businesses through transitions, focusing on relational, emotional, and strategic aspects of succession.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and delivering development programs, training, or coaching for professionals, teams, or organizations.
• Strong understanding of personal leadership, behavioral dynamics, and group processes.
• Ability to facilitate double-loop learning and challenge participants to explore their assumptions and stretch their comfort zones.
• Proficiency in creating engaging, practical learning experiences that combine theory with hands-on activities.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and foster open dialogue.
• Experience working with diverse client groups, including accountancy firms, family businesses, and government institutions.
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, with a focus on self-reflection and development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and team members to deliver impactful results.
