Title: Dosimetrist Facility: Morton Plant Hospital – Clearwater, FL Schedule: Full Time Shift: 7:00AM – 5:00PM Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No Responsibilities Performs and participates in simulation dose computations, isodose plans, immobilization and other aspects of treatment planning for patients receiving external beam radiation therapy.Enters dosimetry charges into the system and all treatment calculations into the treatment chart.Documents patient information, prepares treatment parameters, and validates treatment records.Ensures accurate charges for treatment planning and physics services, enters treatment calculations into the billing system.Uses patient identifiers, standard safety precautions, and monitors compliance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
