Responsibilities

• Keep all staff housing, recreation rooms, and common areas clean
• Clean staff showers and bathrooms
• Stock staff bathrooms with necessary toiletries
• Maintain outdoor areas around dorms and facilities
• Keep records of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
• Aid in setting up rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates as needed
• Perform a variety of job duties as a utility player

Requirements

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required – training provided
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guests
• Willingness and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to Safety First and high-quality cleaning standards
• Organized with a keen eye for detail
• Kindness and positivity towards others
• Effective communication skills, offering suggestions and solutions

Qualifications

• $15.75/hour starting wage
• Passionate about adventure and connecting with iconic places
• Ability to work in various locations including Alaska, Montana, the Canadian Rockies, Vancouver, Reykjavík, Costa Rica, Las Vegas, and Chicago
• Diverse background and experiences valued
