Dorm Assistant- Searcy Night Shift - Full Time

About the role

The Dorm Assistant position at Arisa Health's Recovery at Mills location in Searcy supervises and provides treatment to clients in a short-term residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and treat clients in a residential treatment environment
• Work closely with clients to support their recovery process
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and family members
• Show patience, tolerance, and empathy towards clients
• Connect with clients to build rapport and trust

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Experience working in a similar residential treatment environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Patience, tolerance, and ability to connect with individuals in recovery

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
