Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Supports fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc.
• Keeps knowledge of Food & Beverage menus, current promotions and specials, and answers guests' questions
• Accurately writes down guests' orders and enters into POS system
• Retrieves food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area and delivers to guests
• Assesses guests' demeanor and summons a Manager when necessary
• Collects guests' payments, ensures transactions are correct, and delivers correct change
• Performs shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
• Restocks and maintains restroom cleanliness
• Can stand/walk 100% of shift, reach, bend, stoop frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, deliver plates, and clear tables

Qualifications

• Speaks, reads, and writes English
• Reads and writes handwritten guest checks, notes, etc.
• Completes and passes Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification program

Pay

• Five (5) Day Work Week
• Paid Vacation available after one, two, and ten years of employment

• Fourteen (14) hour shifts
