Door to Door Sales Representative - Buena Vista, TX

About the role

Rise Internet is scaling fast across Texas and is seeking aggressive, relentless door‑to‑door sales representatives to sell fast, reliable internet services in markets where customers have limited options. This is a hunter‑type position for individuals who thrive on closing deals, enjoy working outdoors, and want compensation that directly reflects their effort.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in assigned Texas neighborhoods each day and sell Rise Internet services.
• Own your territory by planning routes, working leads, and hitting sales targets.
• Present offers, handle objections, and close sales on the spot.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and activity log in the company’s sales tools (training provided).
• Compete against yourself and the team, aiming to win weekly and monthly performance contests.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary plus commission.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car allowance provided).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Coachability, competitiveness, and accountability.
• Prior door‑to‑door, retail, or commission sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in roles such as bartending, training, coaching, military, athletics, solar, pest control, security, or car sales is valued.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
