This is a field role for someone comfortable starting conversations, handling skepticism, and keeping clean notes after each interaction. Most homeowners do not know they may be over-assessed. This role gets us out from behind the screen and into the neighborhoods where that conversation actually happens. Responsibilities What this role owns. Canvass assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face to face.Explain the service, answer common objections, and collect accurate lead details.Track doors knocked, conversations, and follow-up outcomes.Share feedback on scripts, neighborhoods, and objections. Preferred Background What strong candidates usually bring. Comfort with face-to-face outreach and rejection.Strong self-management and reliable follow-through.Prior commission sales or canvassing experience helps, but is not required.Reliable transportation and willingness to work assigned local areas. Operating Focus Cover assigned turf consistently and keep your activity honest.Explain the value clearly without sounding scripted or pushy.Send back what you are hearing so the pitch, targeting, and follow-up keep improving.
