Paid Training Program
- All Oklahoma City hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to launch in the Oklahoma City market.
- During training, you'll learn our proven sales process, project management systems, and customer experience standards while working alongside experienced leaders.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Perform exterior property and roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and insurance process
- Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to complete the required 90-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
