About the Role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced Door Installation Subcontractors with General and Trim Carpentry experience to join our team. Partner with a nationally recognized leader in premium replacement windows and patio doors, known for quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers’ homes, both inside and out, during removal and installation processes
• Complete exterior trim work on doors, with occasional interior finish work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite throughout each project
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Adhere to company safety and dress code standards

Requirements

• Prior carpentry experience required
• Prior knowledge and experience with brake metal
• Valid business license and general liability license
• Ownership of required installation tools, trailer (with brake metal), and truck
• Workers’ compensation insurance or valid exemption for the State of Florida
