What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead residential door installation crews day to day
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and customer standards
- Train and mentor Helpers into skilled installers and future Crew Leads
- Manage job flow, materials, and on-site execution
- Serve as the lead point of contact on job sites
We’re Looking For
- Proven door installation experience
- Prior leadership or crew supervision experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- EPA Lead-Based Paint (RRP) / LEAD Certification required
