Donor Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Telephoning prospective donors from established call lists/files
• Scheduling donation appointments
• Maintain accurate donor records
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with donors

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to use a computer terminal and work with several computer programs
• Possess strong written and verbal skills

• Part-time position
• Monday 9am-4pm
• Tuesday 9am-3pm
• Thursday 9am-4pm
• Friday 9am-Noon
• Saturday 9am-1:30pm
