Key Accountabilities

• Donor Relations and Stewardship Materials and Communications: Writes, edits, and produces high-quality donor relations and stewardship materials, including impact reports, gift acknowledgment letters, briefing materials, and other donor-facing content. Creates and formats materials using tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and other applications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to institutional standards. Oversees the production, printing, packaging, mailing, and system upload of donor relations materials, ensuring timely and professional delivery.

• Data Management and Integrity: Manages donor and stewardship-related data, including entering and maintaining stewardship plans and stewardee records, pulling and reviewing annual stewardee lists, and ensuring data integrity. Assists with preparing data and tracking the updating of gift clubs, honor rolls, donor walls, and similar projects. Creates and monitors surveys using tools such as Qualtrics to collect information and feedback in support of stewardship and reporting efforts. In partnership with colleagues, tracks and records named spaces.

• Research and Team Support: Conducts research and responds to donor relations questions. Supports data and research requests as needed to inform stewardship strategy and execution. Monitors and manages the donor relations email inbox, responding to inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
