Donor Greeter (Warehouse Associate) Full-Time

About the role

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred

Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly

Schedule

Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
