About the Role

Are you an active individual who enjoys fast-paced variety throughout the day? Do you thrive interacting with people? As a Donor Greeter, you will engage directly with donors and customers while handling donations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world-class customer service to all customers and donors

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly
