Responsibilities

• Celebrates customer service standards

• Conducts pre-donation medical screening
• Interacts and responds to customer needs
• Affirms donor suitability and sets up donors
• Provides feedback to ineligible donor candidates
• Ensures all donor screening information is complete
• Maintains donor confidentiality

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Flexible scheduling ability

• Required state licensures or certifications (where applicable)
