Donor Center Technician
Primary Responsibilities
Counsels donors on the importance of donation.
Conducts pre-donation medical screening.
Interacts and responds to customer needs.
Affirms donor suitability and engages in setup.
Provides appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
Ensures all donor screening information is complete.
Ensures donor confidentiality.
Requirements
- Superior customer service standards
- A High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- An interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
Qualifications
- Passes background check
- Passes drug test
- Passes physical exam
- Passes criminal history check
- Passes TB test
